OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will be responsible for delivering expert legal advice to vulnerable clients
•You will maintain a high standard of client care and actively promoting the firm and its services
•You will actively participate in team meetings by offering suggestions to improve services and processes
•Additionally, you will help develop the firm’s business by building external relationships and effectively handling new enquiries
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience
•Expertise in Community Care Law and the Court of Protection, with in-depth knowledge of Legal Aid funding processes
•The firm is looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, and a passion for safeguarding and protecting vulnerable clients
