Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Hampshire, £Competitive (DOE) – Are you a Commercial Real Property Solicitor looking to secure a new opportunity with a progressive law firm? This could be the role for you! JOB REF:0391.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters
• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing
• You will play an active role in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
