OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will be responsible for handling a caseload of public law cases
•You will oversee the process of each file from start to finish
•There is an expectation to travel to courts and other offices
•The appointed solicitor will independently manage cases and provide advocacy when necessary to achieve timely and successful outcomes
•Support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members
•You will have at least 4 years’ PQE and a background in public family law
