• A great opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team.
• The team deals with the full range of services connected to deputyship support costs and advising clients who have received multi-million pound settlements as a result of serious injury or medical negligence.
• Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE with a proven track record to develop relationships with, and advise, a wide range of clients, professionals and institutions.
• It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the litigation process.
• You will be providing clients with expert legal advice as well as supervising junior colleagues.
