Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Oxfordshire, £Competitive - A well-established and highly reputable firm has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team, working alongside the Partner in its Oxfordshire based office. JOB REF: 0214

• Working alongside the Commercial Property Partner this role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your previous experience and develop your expertise.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a broad caseload of commercial property matters including advising on and drafting commercial leases and licenses, sales, disposals and management of leasehold and freehold properties.
• The work includes complex leases and HNW matters undertaken for clients across a variety of sectors including the leisure and food industries.
