EMPLOYMENT LAWYER, 3 + PQE, KENT/ HYBRID, 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. Exciting FTC opportunity for a Senior Employment Litigator! •This thriving organisation is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a diverse range of employment claims from initial instruction through to final hearing and any post-hearing requirements.

•The successful candidate will efficiently advance claims by providing precise legal guidance, effectively managing client expectations, and mentoring junior employment lawyers through each stage of the litigation process.

•The firm is seeking qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. A strong understanding of employment law and extensive experience with Employment Tribunal procedures are essential.

•The firm offers this position on a hybrid basis, allowing for up to three days of remote work each week.
