THE ROLE:
This is a varied and interesting role with quality work. Your caseload will include the full remit of residential property matters to include:
Residential Sales and Purchases,
Re-mortgages,
Lease Variations and Extensions,
Transfers of Equity, and
Equity Release.

THE CANDIDATE:
You should be either a qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC with 3 years’ or more PQE. Experience of managing and progressing your own caseload is essential, and you should be confident working independently from the outset.
