This expanding team are looking for an experienced Child Care Solicitor, who is a Member of the Children Panel, to lead complex legal cases, guide a talented team of solicitors and paralegals, and play a key role in developing this thriving department.

What you'll do:

• Handle a broad caseload – from Care Orders to Domestic Abuse cases
• Represent parents, relatives, and children (including through CAFCASS)
• Supervise and mentor legal team members
• Deliver impactful training and development
• Drive new business and build strong external relationships

You'll be covering every corner of child care law – Legal Aid/CCMS, protection orders, international adoptions, court proceedings, and more.
