This award-winning, mid-size law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX practitioner with Building Safety Act experience to join its busy conveyancing team. The residential property team specialises in a broad range of matters, and the ideal candidate must have experience of Building Safety Act matters as well as running a high volume of their own files. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE or be CILEX practitioners with equivalent experience and have comprehensive knowledge of property law and best practice.
