THE ROLE:
An expanding, regional law firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 3 years’ + PQE to join its busy private client team. This is an opportunity to take on an existing caseload and build your own client base, developing your practice and progressing your career.

You will manage a caseload encompassing the full remit of private client work, including:
estate planning,
drafting wills,
Lasting Powers of Attorney,
trust administration,
probate, and
inheritance tax planning.

You will also have the opportunity to undertake contentious probate matters and experience of this will be advantageous.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have experience across all areas of private client law, have managed your own caseload and have excellent time management, client care and communication skills. You will be able to put clients at ease and enjoy the client facing demands of the role.

STEP is preferred but not essential, though the firm welcomes applications from those who are keen to take the qualification and are generally ambitious and proactive.
