Planning Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, Bristol, £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – My client is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Planning Solicitor to join their respected and growing planning team in Bristol. JOB REF:9504.

THE ROLE:
• This is a varied and hands-on position offering the chance to work with both public and private sector clients on a wide range of planning matters.
• You’ll be advising on everything from planning applications and appeals to enforcement and development consent orders
• The work is high-profile, impactful, and often forms part of nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advising on both contentious and non-contentious planning matters
• Supporting clients on development consent orders and infrastructure projects
• Drafting and negotiating planning and infrastructure agreements
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients from both public and private sectors
• Working closely with colleagues across teams and disciplines
• Supporting business development initiatives and client training sessions
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2–4 years’ PQE with solid planning law experience
• Exposure to both contentious and non-contentious planning work
• Excellent drafting, legal analysis, and communication skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across all levels
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Enthusiasm for business development and building client relationships
