OVERVIEW:
• The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and substantial experience in employment law, managing both respondent and claimant matters.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders, while delivering a high standard of client care.
• The appointed locum will advise on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• The role will also involve representing clients at Employment Tribunal hearings, providing strategic HR and employment advice, and undertaking negotiations and mediations.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising a trainee solicitor as part of their duties.
• In addition, the firm provides dedicated secretarial support to assist with managing your caseload efficiently.
