CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR:
Due to the firms continued expansion they are now seeking a driven Corporate and Commercial Solicitor. The Partners will consider all solicitors regardless of PQE. Work will include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements etc. Are you looking for a wide variety of work?
