JOB TITLE: Legal Assistant
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: up to c£28,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
A position has become available for a Legal Assistant to join our client’s offices in Altrincham. The successful candidate will be working within the residential conveyancing team multiple departments. You will be handing a range of work including post completion work, Stamp Duty Returns, assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs and submitting searches. You can also expect to be liaising with estate agents, lenders and clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will need a minimum of 12 month’s experience working in a residential conveyancing team. Our client requires the suitable candidate to be able to hit the ground running and have strong communication skills, be extremely organised and efficient with their time management.

THE FIRM:
Our client is a well established Cheshire law firm offering a range of legal services to both private individuals and commercial entities.
