JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing - Legal Secretary
EXPERIENCE: 12 + Months
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: up to £26,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
•You will assist the conveyancing team in managing Residential Property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
•Preparing and submitting search requests and Land Registry applications
•Drafting legal documents, letters, and contracts
•Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
•The appointed Legal Professional will have previous experience in a Conveyancing role.
•Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
