Family Solicitor, NQ-4 years, Essex – Circa £35,000 - £45,000 DOE - An opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor has arisen to join a friendly and supportive team to deal with a mixed caseload of privately and publicly funded family law matters. OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives who have recently qualified and completed a seat in family law within another reputable law firm.
• If you have up to 4 years PQE in dealing with both public and privately funded family law matters, then we would like to hear from you.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in both public and private family law matters.
• Experience of Legal Aid matters is essential although the workload will be a mix of legal aid and private family matters.
• Advocacy experience would be advantageous.
• You will have strong communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• Competitive remuneration package on offer dependent on experience
