Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LEICESTERSHIRE, CIRCA £32,000 DOE. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a thriving and supportive team while working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment. JOB REF: 9242

•In this role, you will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, including Post Completion, who have a genuine passion for this area of law.

•The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, strong communication skills, and experience with the LEAP case management system.
