RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (HEAD OF DEPARTMENT), 5+ PQE, SURREY, SALARY UPTO £75-80,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to oversee the residential property department of this well regarded firm. JOB REF: 215299206

The appointed candidate will oversee all aspects of residential property matters, offering clients guidance on the buying and selling process, financial considerations, and contracts, while also managing the team to ensure operational efficiency and the continued delivery of high-quality work

• The firm are accepting applications from candidates that are fully qualified Solicitors, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a busy conveyancing team as an established Fee Earner.

• You must have managerial / supervisory experience.

• You should have a proven ability to manage files, as well as work to agreed deadlines. You should be confident and personable, and able to work well with their busy team of professionals.

• Strong business development skills are highly desirable, along with established contacts in the local property sector and a commitment to supporting and developing junior staff members.

• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
