Healthcare Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) - This impressive team is at the forefront of healthcare law, providing expert advice and representation in key areas including clinical negligence, clinical governance, safety and learning, consent to treatment, healthcare regulatory matters, and mental health law. They work with both public and private bodies, delivering high-quality legal services to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector. JOB REF:9186

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advise clients on a broad range of healthcare-related legal issues
• Manage case load of litigated and pre-litigated high value/complex clinical negligence cases
• Support healthcare providers in clinical governance and regulatory matters
• Engage in policy and legislative developments shaping the healthcare landscape

SKILLS REQUIRED
• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and a strong background in healthcare law
• Proven experience in clinical negligence, healthcare regulation, and mental health law
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management
• Ability to work well in a team and support junior members
