Regulatory Lawyer, 3+ Years PQE, London, £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) - Are you an experienced Regulatory Lawyer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regulatory Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join a dynamic and growing team. JOB REF:9141.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advising clients on regulatory issues and managing casework relating to investigations, hearings, and regulatory disputes
• Representing clients before regulatory tribunals, and preparing for hearings and proceedings
• Conduct regulatory litigation, including appeals and applications to the High Court.
• Providing strategic legal advice and solutions to clients facing regulatory challenges
• Prepare cases for hearings, working collaboratively with our advocates.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated legal support to clients

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 3 years PQE in regulatory law, with experience in regulatory investigations, hearings, and appeals
• Proven experience in managing complex regulatory casework and litigation
• Excellent advocacy skills with the ability to represent clients effectively before tribunals and courts
• Ability to think strategically and provide commercially focused legal advice
• Strong communication and client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Previous case management experience is essential
