Planning Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, London, £Excellent + Benefits (DOE) - Are you an experienced Planning Solicitor seeking a new challenge in a dynamic, national team? We are looking for a talented and motivated Planning Solicitor to join this expanding team, which acts for a diverse and high-profile client base. JOB REF:9140.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advising clients on all aspects of planning law, including development consent, applications, appeals, and judicial review
• Drafting and negotiating planning obligations, s106 agreements, and development agreements
• Working with clients to manage the regulatory, policy, and legislative issues impacting development projects
• Assisting with complex planning disputes and representing clients at planning inquiries
• Offering practical, commercial solutions and strategic advice on large-scale, high-profile projects
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s national network to provide integrated legal services to clients
• Managing and developing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 3 years’ PQE in planning law, with experience in advising on major development projects and planning applications
• Strong understanding of planning law, policy, and regulations
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver practical, commercially-focused advice
• You should have a good knowledge of EIA, CIL and GLA planning.
• Experience of advising on planning judicial review
• Experience with planning obligations, development agreements, and dispute resolution
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative national team
