Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LEICESTERSHIRE, CIRCA £32,000 DOE. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a thriving and supportive team, working directly with clients in a fast-paced setting. JOB REF: 9137

•The appointed conveyancer will handle a caseload of of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

•The firm is seeking qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with at least two years of experience in a similar role, including Post Completion experience.

•The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, strong communication and organisational skills, and be proficient in using the LEAP case management system.
