Job Description
As the Head of Residential Property, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the Residential Property department. You will oversee a diverse caseload, provide strategic leadership, and work closely with clients, team members, and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Residential Property solicitors and support staff.
• Oversee a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build matters.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the department to ensure its continued growth and success.
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and systems to enhance client service and team efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and third-party professionals.
• Take a lead in business development, driving the department's growth and presence in the market.
SKILLS REQUIRED
• At least 5 years post-qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Extensive technical knowledge of residential property law and a proven track record of handling complex matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for growing teams and developing relationships.
