OVERVIEW:
•As Head of Private Client, you will lead and grow the department
•Responsibilities include handling Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estates, Court of Protection, Deputyship, IHT, Asset Protection, LPAs, and Compensation Trusts
•In this role, the appointed solicitor will manage client service, team management, business development, and ensuring regulatory compliance
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
•Experienced in team management and leadership, with strong expertise in business development, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management
•The ideal candidate will have completed or working towards a STEP diploma
