Private Client Solicitor (Locum) – 3+ years PQE, Surrey, £45 - £50 per hour, office-based. OVERVIEW:
• A locum solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in private client area of law is required on a part-time basis (2/3 days per week)
• You will be responsible for handling your own varied caseload independently, consisting of wills, trusts, LPAs and probate
• You will be experienced with handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
• The appointed solicitor will be able to provide high quality legal advice to the firm’s long-standing client base.
• This role requires an experienced locum with the ability to handle own caseload independently and hit the ground running (some secretarial support available)
• This is an on-going assignment until permanent replacement is found
