THE ROLE:
This firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to lead its busy Private Client department. The ideal candidate will be confident in matters relating to wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and possess a working knowledge of trusts. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, providing supervision and support as needed.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 5 years’ PQE and demonstrable experience in leading or deputising for a head of department. You should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong technical expertise in Private Client law, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
