PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 5 + PQE, WEST SUSSEX, SALARY UP TO £60-80,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to join the Private Client team of this well-regarded firm, with hybrid working available. Job ref: 215298944

The appointed Solicitor will collaborate closely with the Partners to support the department's growth, managing a variety of private client matters and providing guidance to clients navigating complex and challenging circumstances.

• You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, generating new business for yourself and the wider department, as well as nurturing and developing relationships with new and existing clients and referrers.

• Additionally, you will supervise and support junior lawyers, trainees, paralegals, and other team members while actively engaging in training, professional development, and business development initiatives—reporting budget forecasts, growth strategies, and development plans to the managing partners.

• You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organisational skills and a thorough understanding of relevant compliance processes are also essential.
