Residential Property Paralegal

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL, EAST SUSSEX, SALARY UP TO £26-30,000 (DOE). An exciting opportunity to join the busy residential property team of this established firm. Job ref: 215298917

• The firm are considering candidates with a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Paralegal in a fast-paced Conveyancing Department, along with a solid understanding of the residential property market and relevant legal processes.

• The role will involve managing an independent caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions. Additionally, you will undertake general paralegal and administrative duties, including the drafting of contracts, transfer deeds, and other related documents.

• You will also be responsible for conducting property searches and due diligence checks, handling post-completion administration - including submission of SDLT and AP1s - supporting the wider department, and liaising with clients.

• You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage your workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines, ensuring the team delivers the best possible outcomes for clients.
