EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR
2-5 YEARS’ PQE

THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally have between 2 and 5 years’ PQE, gained in a reputable Employment team.
You will have experience of both respondent and claimant matters, and will have managed a mixed caseload of non- contentious and contentious work.
You will be confident and ambitious, a true team player, and have exceptional fundamental skills including client communication, time and case management, and drafting and research.
THE ROLE
You will advise clients on a broad range of issues including:
Contracts of Employment,
Unlawful deduction from wages claims,
Holiday and holiday pay,
Employment status,
Policies and Procedures,
Absence Management,
Discipline and Conduct,
Performance management and capability dismissals,
Employment Tribunal claims and disputes in the High Court,
TUPE,
Restructuring and Redundancy,
Collective Agreements and Industrial Relations,
Termination of Employment and Settlement Agreements,
Data Protection,
Unfair dismissal claims, including automatic unfair dismissal claims,
Grievances and whistleblowing,
Discrimination and Equality & Diversity,
Investigations,
Immigration and the right to work,
Pensions and Benefits.
