Regulatory Defence Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, up to c£65.000 (DOE) –This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled solicitor to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment. JOB REF:8889.

• Applications are sought from Regulatory Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a caseload of primarily health & safety and transport regulatory matters, providing regulatory advice, representing clients during investigations and hearings.
• You will be joining a highly reputable team that advises organisations and individuals that are facing Health & Safety, criminal, environmental, CQC and other regulatory prosecutions.
• A background in advocacy would be a distinct advantage, however you can expect to gain thorough training within this skill set.
