TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3-5 Years

THE ROLE:
This award-winning firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its employment department, working closely with the head of the department and supporting a collaborative, close-knit team of professionals. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of non-contentious respondent matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 3-5 years’ PQE, with prior experience in respondent matters. Candidates should have a strong technical understanding of employment law and the ability to manage an independent caseload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
