THE ROLE:
As a senior lawyer, you will work closely with the Head of Legal to provide expert legal support of the highest quality, playing a key role in managing legal and regulatory risks. The role involves providing legal advice on the organisation’s regulatory functions, including fair decision-making, policy development, drafting Handbook amendments, and managing contracts. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring at least four in office days per month.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is now accepting applications from qualified solicitors and barristers with substantial experience in the regulatory sector and a thorough understanding of the complete professional regulation process. The successful Legal Professional will have strong knowledge of public and administrative law, including judicial review and the principles of fair decision-making.
