•The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, including property acquisitions and disposals, leasehold issues, and development projects.
•The role requires expertise in managing landlord-tenant disputes, property finance issues, and commercial licenses. The firm value outstanding client service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•You should have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law and must have a proven track record in landlord & tenant and property finance matters.
•The team is also interested in Senior Solicitors who have an established network of contacts and are in a position to discuss a clear pathway to partnership.
