COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work. You will be advising clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices. You will deliver expert legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the process. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively. Importantly you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
