EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
Solicitors should have strong technical skills and have at least 2 years’ experience handling a dynamic caseload of employment matters. You will advise clients on employment law issues, including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. Conduct negotiations and mediations to resolve employment disputes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to achieve the best outcomes for client. The successful Solicitor will be proactive and maintain a client-focussed approach with strong interpersonal skills.
