OVERVIEW:
•The appointed lawyer will handle a diverse and complex caseload, including easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases, and land sales with development potential
•You will work with a range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders
•Applications are open to solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•In depth knowledge of commercial property work
•Experience in agricultural or property development law is beneficial however, it is not essential
