JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Competitive

THE ROLE:
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be dealing with their own caseload of commercial property transactions. The role will cover all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases and development projects. You will be working on behalf of a range of clients including investors, developers and landlord and tenants.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE in handling your own caseload of commercial property matters gained within a practice recognised for their commercial property offerings. You will be confident in dealing with your own caseload of matters be able to work effectively as part of a team and also independently. You will be liaising with clients, agents, lenders as well as other solicitor to ensure the transaction progresses smoothly. You will ideally have a strong network of contacts.
