Job Description

REGULATORY LAWYER, 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE, 13 MONTH FTC, LONDON/ HYBRID, £44,000- £47,000 FTE. A reputable organisation is seeking an experienced case officer to support their team for circa 13 months, covering maternity leave. On offer is a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and remote work with just a minimum of 1 day a week in the office. JOB REF: 8713

•The appointed Legal Professional will be responsible for managing your own caseload of cases throughout the investigations and enforcement processes, including any related appeals.

•Additionally, you will manage cases within the Fitness to Practise and Interim Suspension processes while also supporting the team in any related litigation.

•Applicants will have a proven track record of handling a sizeable caseload, including conducting investigations in a regulatory or similar environment.

•The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with proven ability to provide legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

•The position offers a competitive salary and flexible work arrangements. Employees are required to work in the office at least one day per week while enjoying the option to work remotely on other days.
