Family Solicitor – Locum, 5+ PQE, Leicestershire, remote, c. £50 per hour, part-time. An opportunity with a reputable law firm to provide support to the team on part-time locum basis. OVERVIEW:

A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE is required to assist a partner in their caseload of family matters, specifically focusing on divorce and financial matters such as pre and post nuptial agreements and financial settlements.
You will be required to manage own caseload of privately funded matters
The appointed candidate will be familiar with using LEAP case management system
The locum is required to provide support 1 day per week on an ongoing basis
The assignment is offered on a remote basis with expectation to start as soon as possible
