THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is seeking a Lawyer to join their dynamic team to handle corporate law matters in relation to Life Sciences and Technology sectors. The role involves managing private equity matters, maintaining exceptional client service standards, and actively pursuing business development opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and attract new clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ PQE gained at a well-regarded corporate team, showcasing strong technical expertise and a commitment to continuous skill development. You should possess solid financial management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively.
