Property Litigation Solicitor, 8+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity for an ambitious senior solicitor to join a highly reputable Dispute Resolution team.in Hertfordshire. JOB REF:8683.

• Due to expansion at the firm, a need has arisen for an additional Property Litigation Solicitor.
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include possession and sale claims, boundary disputes, property right disputes and disputed rights of way.
• You will also have experience of handling complex commercial landlord and tenant disputes including 1954 Act claims and terminal dilapidations claims
• Experience of cases dealing with statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, commercial lease renewals, forfeiture, breach of commercial lease covenants would be advantageous.
• You will be able to demonstrate solid, technical capability along with an appetite to get involved in business development.
• Experience of supervising or mentoring more junior members would be advantageous.
• You will join a progressive law firm with a long history and a reputation built on providing outstanding service and legal advice.
