THE ROLE:
eNL is a specialist legal recruitment agency operating on a national basis. We specialise in legal recruitment services for private practice law firms, major corporations, and public sector organisations. We are looking for a proactive individual to take charge of a desk, managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to client negotiations. This role involves business development, building strong client relationships, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with both clients and candidates.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• 1 year+ working as a legal or professional sector Recruitment Consultant
• A passion and genuine interest in the legal sector.
• Ambition and enthusiasm to succeed.
• Attention to detail.
