Job Description
EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR- LOCUM, 2 + PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER/ HYBRID, CIRCA £34 -£45 DOE. This role is best suited for an employment locum seeking their next interim assignment. On offer is a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements. Job ref:8665
•This role primarily involves managing claims and litigation on behalf of solicitors within the region. You will represent and advocate for individual Union members in tribunals, courts, internal hearings, and other proceedings as required.
• Responsibilities include providing legal guidance and support to colleagues on issues affecting professionals in the region, as well as assisting in the training of staff and Union members on legal matters.
•The organisation is seeking qualified solicitors with 2 years’ PQE and experience working in employment law.
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
•This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, permitting remote work at least one day per week. Additionally, the organisation offers dedicated secretarial support.
