Compliance & AML Assistant, 1+ Years experience in similar role, Taunton, £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE), Top 200 Law Firm - This varied and interesting role is to provide effective and proactive AML Compliance Assistance across the business to ensure the smooth running of operations. JOB REF: 8647.
• This role will suit individuals with a keen interest in risk and compliance, complaints handling and AML with an analytical mindset and a solution-based approach to solving problems.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and updating complaints, claims, breaches and risk registers, preparing preliminary decisions on complaints, overseeing and ensuring continuing competence records are updated and completed and answering AML queries from Fee-Earners and other staff.
• Ideally you will have some compliance experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ideally you will have experience in a law firm environment providing legal support to fee earners.
