THE ROLE:
This award-winning firm is looking for an experienced lawyer to join its highly successful employment team. The role involves handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, working with a diverse portfolio of well-known commercial clients, including FTSE 250 companies, and start-ups. Additionally, you will support the firm on corporate matters and outsourcing projects.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 2 years’ PQE and a proven track record of strong technical expertise, advocacy, and in-depth knowledge of employment law. They should excel in delivering outstanding client service, fostering client retention, and generating referrals to support practice growth. A thorough understanding of clients' legal and commercial needs, along with exceptional interpersonal skills, is essential.
