CORPORATE SOLICITOR:
An opportunity has arisen within a leading corporate commercial team in Suffolk who due to expansion are keen to recruit an additional Corporate Solicitor into their growing team. You will be assisting senior members of the team with their cases and building up your experience and skills to manage your own caseload of matters. Ideally you will have gained exposure to a varied caseload of commercial and corporate matters during your training contract / post qualification experience. Ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within company commercial and / or corporate / and / or commercial. Newly Qualified Solicitors and more experienced Corporate / Corporate Commercial Lawyers are encouraged to get in touch. You will have had some exposure to a broad range of commercial and corporate transactional work including M&A transactions, shareholder matters, commercial drafting and negotiation and other company commercial matters.
