Property Solicitor - Locum

PROPERTY SOLICITOR – LOCUM, 5+ PQE, KENT, £35-£45 PER HOUR. A well-established firm is looking for a Property Solicitor with experience in both commercial and residential property to join their team on a temporary basis while they recruit for a permanent position. The firm offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing employees to work remotely on certain days each week. JOB REF: 8497

•This is an excellent locum opportunity for a Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, experienced in both commercial and residential property, and confident in handling a diverse caseload.

•The appointed solicitor will advise clients on property law matters, including sales, purchases, and leases, while liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals.

•Applications are opened to an immediately available solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE and experience in both commercial and residential property to join their team on a temporary basis

•The successful candidate should have strong communication and organisation skills to offer the best service for understanding and meeting clients' needs.

•The firm offers flexible work options, with employees required to be in the office on certain days each week and the remaining days can be worked remotely.
