JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years
LOCATION: Cumbria

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will take responsibility for leading a team of fee earners, as well as retaining a small caseload of complex matters. Working closely with your team, you will ensure the delivery of a high quality and efficient service, be responsible for compliance, develop growth strategies and train and develop junior colleagues.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking to speak to talented Residential Conveyancers who have a significant track record residential conveyancing as well as leadership and management experience. You will have great communication and relationship building skills, as well being able to thrive in a team environment.
