OVERVIEW:
•The appointed legal professional will manage general administration, preparation of documentation and correspondence.
•Assisting with searches, title checks, and registration processes
•Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
•Submit applications to HM Land Registry and handle requisitions promptly.
•Provide updates to clients, lenders, and solicitors in a professional manner.
•The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a similar role and knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing processes.
•Experience with case management systems and digital portals.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and external stakeholders.
•You will have proven ability to handle pre-completion, post-completion, and compliance tasks with precision.
•This firm offers hybrid working with 2 days per week worked remotely
