JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor (Residential Development)
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Due to growth, this leading regional law firm have identified the need to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (Residential Development), Ideally Senior Associate level to provide advice across the broad remit of commercial property work. The role will include advising on all aspects of commercial property including acquisition, disposal of both freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, residential development sites, investment portfolio management and other associate property matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will have at least 3 years PQE in handling your own caseload of commercial property matters. Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a proven track record of dealing with commercial property matters. You will have experience of running your own caseload of commercial property matters and you will be highly motivated and be able to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
